Victoria and Mark

Two people standing on opposite sides of the same promise: to keep someone safe, no matter the cost.

Meet Victoria & Mark

Victoria is a mother who believes safety is something you can engineer if you’re willing to sacrifice enough. She lives in a constant state of vigilance, carrying fear, love, and control so tightly entwined she can no longer separate them. Her choices are driven by protection—but every decision narrows her world until only one outcome feels survivable.

Mark is a career officer who understands systems, procedure, and the quiet compromises required to keep order intact. He carries the weight of experience, restraint, and the knowledge that doing the right thing often means accepting imperfect outcomes. His tension lies in loving his people deeply while knowing the job will never let him save them all.

Together, they represent opposing responses to danger—one driven by urgency and secrecy, the other by containment and endurance—both convinced they are doing what must be done.
